Biologische Annotation und KLAssifikation von VArianten (BAKLAVA) Gemeinsames ZPM-Projekt mit dem Variant Interpretation for Cancer Consortium (VICC), USA
Hypothesis & Goal
The aim of this project is the harmonization of molecular pathological findings and MTB recommendations with regard to the canonical description of a variant (SNV, Indel) and the biological-functional assessment (oncogenicity) in order to further increase the quality assurance in the ZPM network.
